Braised Chicken and Vegetables

Relish Chef Jon Ashton whipped up this chicken dish that costs less than $10 but tastes like a million bucks. Chicken thighs are braised with garlic and wine for a rustic yummy dish; add a baguette to sop up all the good juices. We added a fruity salad for a great contrast to the rich chicken. Finish it off with Molasses Cookies.
