Easter lamb on the table in 10 minutes flat? Done.

Roast rack of lamb is a succulent centerpiece for your Easter family dinner, no doubt, but if you're short on time this year—or just plain hankering for something new—how about a delicious compromise?

The kiwi mango relish served with our grilled lamb chops actually takes more time to prepare than the meat itself, and infuses the dish with an exotic medley of flavors. A squeeze of tart lime juice, the heat of jalapenos and bold red onion form a strong flavorful base tempered by sweet mango, kiwi and a hint of brown sugar.

Lamb chops are salted, peppered, on, then off the grill in less than 10 minutes. Add the relish, your sides of choice (sweet potato latkes would be divine), and, of course, dessert. Go for a quick and easy classic—luscious Key Lime Pie—to finish the meal on a sweet note.

Taking the ho-hum out of mint jelly, tropical fruit and fresh mint provide a tasty wake-up call to the palate.
