Little Miss Muffet may have been happy with her curds and whey, but we prefer to call it cottage cheese. This versatile dairy product packs a healthy dose of protein (28g per cup) and calcium (150mg per cup).

Stuff it in a fresh tomato, bake in into lasagnas (in place of ricotta), or park yourself on a tuffet and dig in.
