Frozen blackberries are a thing of beauty. Picked and individually quick-frozen within just six hours of harvest, they rival their fresh counterparts. They’re high in potassium, vitamin C and cancer-fighting phytochemicals and contain 7.5 grams of heart-healthy fiber.
