Comté Onion Tart
Mellow nutty aged comté cheese takes an earthy oniony tart from simple to sublime.
This simple tart was perfection from the beginning. From the first taste-testing, it turned out great with no snafus at all.
Be sure to cook onions until really browned and fully caramelized—which results in a sweet buttery texture—and it's just as deliciously at home for breakfast or brunch as it is for dinner.

Comté is similar to Gruyere cheese and brings nutty, earthy richness to classic cheese recipes.
