Here’s afresh,no-cook recipe perfect for picnics and versatile as can be. It’s the winner in Relish’s and the California Ripe Olives’ contest for the best new recipe using ripe olives. We received more than 400 recipes in the contest,
and after reviewing and testing our favorites, Shirley Herb’s Greek Couscous with Olives came out on top. Herb, who hails from Northumberland, Pa., will claim her prize—a two-day culinary boot camp at the Culinary Institute of America’s Napa Valley campus. Stay tuned for updates on her trip.
