    I think I have found some new favorites. Check out your local (I go to Stater Bros) supermarket day or two after Halloween for free pumpkins, may want to call around to find which market does this. Steam or bake (just till soft), remove from skin, portion out, freeze till ready to use. A Food Savor unit is great for freezing. So much better then canned.
