A treasured Hannukah pastry, rugulach cookies are made with a simple cream cheese dough that is shaped into crescents then filled with many good things. These traditional Jewish treats are normally filled with jam, nuts, raisins, marzipan, chocolate, and preserves, but you can also use your favorites candies instead.
