Film & Photography :: Space & Light :: Garden

Relish is the ideal location for television, film, video and still photography shoots. The unique setting is perfect for the ultimate New York feel, whether using it for an actual period setting from the 50’s through the 60’s, or a modern take of the same nostalgia. Relish can also accommodate a large crew and cast, including small vehicle space and staging areas.

We have three separate entrances to the building, a rear loading and driveway area, a large, commanding garden space and wide sidewalks on two sides of the building that are spacious enough for crane shots. The rear lounge is the perfect holding location or place for make-up, allowing a “dressing room” for cast and models without disrupting the actual diner area at all. The aisles of the main car are also wide enough to accommodate dolly/track shots. The garden is perfect for catering and Kraft services, as well as storage and crew areas.

Some shoots that have utilized our unique location include:
Film and TV: HBO's “Angels in America”, "The Good Shepherd" directed by Robert DeNiro, Paramount’s “The Honeymooners”, CBS's "Love Monkey", NBC’s “Third Watch”, BET, A & E Television and Kelis’ “Milkshake” video.
Commercials: Tums Antacid, Visa on Broadway and Bristol Meyers Squibb.
Magazines: Vogue, Elle and Vanity Fair
Clay Aiken album shoot and an array of independent films, local bands and smaller magazines.
